As a suggestion, we would advise you to think about your personal schedule. We strongly encourage home buyers to accompany the inspector throughout the inspection. Although the final report will provide a comprehensive picture of the inspection findings, the exchange of information between the inspector and the home buyer is priceless.

Please Note: Inspections are payable at the time of the inspection. We do not accept credit cards. Cash or personal cheque only thank you. If cancelling an inspection, 48 hours notice is required. Cancellations that are made after that time are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.
